You don’t have a recruiting problem. You have a latency problem.

We automate the first ninety seconds of caregiver recruiting. A caregiver applies. We text them in about three seconds, ask four questions, and put a booked interview on your recruiter’s calendar. Under your agency’s name, not ours.

Wondering why we emailed you a number about your own agency?

You’re going to keep losing people. We make sure that stops costing you cases.

75.0%
median caregiver turnover across home care, 2024
88%
turnover on the hires that come from Indeed
63.3%
of agencies turned down a case in 2023 for lack of staff

Source: the Activated Insights home-based care benchmarking reports, 2024 and 2025 editions. The declined-case figure is as reported by the Home Care Association of Florida(opens in a new tab); the Indeed figure is published by Activated Insights(opens in a new tab). These are the only industry figures quoted on this site.

The first two numbers are the industry, not your management. The third is what they cost you.

Speed does not reduce turnover, and we will not tell you otherwise. It shortens how long the hole stays open. An agency can replace three quarters of its caregivers in a year and still hold a steady roster, provided every gap closes in days rather than weeks.

And the uncomfortable half, before you find it yourself: Indeed sends you the most applicants and loses them the fastest, and Indeed is exactly where we make you faster. Steady Roster works on the funnel, not on the retention curve. What it protects is the case you would otherwise have turned away.

How it works

  1. The caregiver

Applies to your posting and lands on a page we host for you.

  2. Steady Roster

Texts them in about three seconds, under your agency’s name.

  3. Steady Roster

Asks four fixed questions: work authorization, CPR/BLS, license and vehicle, availability.

  4. The caregiver, then you

Qualified candidates book themselves. You get a one-page summary in your inbox, or in your CRM.

Your recruiter appears once, at the end, with an interview already booked.

Will the AI say something weird to my candidates?

No. It is not a chatbot. It asks the same four questions, in the same words, in the same order, of everyone — the wording is filed with the carrier before a single message goes out, and it never invents a message of its own.

The model does one job: it reads the reply that comes back and works out whether “yeah expires next march” is a yes. It never chooses what to send next, and it never decides who gets hired. A person does that, with the answers in front of them.

What it does not do

Four things this is regularly assumed to do, and does not.

  • It does not decide who to hire.

It asks the same four questions of everyone and records the answers. A person decides.

  • It does not reduce turnover.

    It closes the gap faster.

  • It does not replace your recruiter.

It hands them a booked interview instead of a voicemail.

  • It does not work on day one.

Carrier registration takes days to weeks before the first message can send. More on that below.
